Leanne Zahn

I’m Leanne Zahn, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Maile Health. After nearly two decades in nursing and advanced practice, I created Maile Health to offer the kind of care I believe patients deserve—personalized, evidence-based, and never rushed.

My approach combines medical expertise with real conversation. I want to understand what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and what you want to change—not simply treat a number on a lab report.

Today, my practice focuses on medical weight management, metabolic health, hormone health, and healthy aging, with care tailored to each individual.
